Lower unit is in used condition. Prior to removal there were no issues. Unit goes into gear without any issues. Fluid was drained and was free of any water or metal debris. Unit has been pressure tested to 13psi for 30 minutes and held. Unit is shipped empty/without fluid. Please make sure to add fluid before using.
