Lower unit is in used condition. Fluid has been drained and there were no signs of water intrusion or metal debris. Unit goes into gear as it should and has no issues. Prop shaft seals have been replaced. Unit has been pressure tested to 13psi for 30 minutes and held. Please see pictures.
