Lower unit is in used condition. Unit was tested prior to removal and went into gear as it should. Fluid was drained and no metal debris or water was found. However, when we pressure tested the lower unit the prop shaft seals started to leak at 7psi. Unit will need seals replaced. Please see pictures.
