Lower unit is in used condition. Prior to removal there were no issues. Unit goes into gear as it should. This lower was removed from a running motor that was in very good condition. Waterpump has been replaced and prop shaft seals. Unit has been pressure tested to 13PSI for 30 minutes and held.
