Lower unit is in used condition. Prior to removal unit went into gear as it should. Fluid was drained and was free of any water or metal debris. Unit was pressure checked and driveshaft and prop shaft seals had small leaks. Seals will need to be replaced. During the cleaning process, the unit fell over and skeg was broken off (Piece is included)
