Lower unit is in used condition. Unit has been tested to go into gear without any issues. Fluid has been drained and was free of any metal debris or water. Unit has been pressure tested to 13PSI for 30 minutes and held without any issues. Please see pictures as this is the exact lower unit you will receive. Front of the Cavitation plate has a crack, please make sure to view photos.
