Crankshaft is in used condition. Removed from an engine that had 16 hours on it. Water did get into the crankcase & onto the crank and there is some corrosion present. You may be able to have this cleaned up. Journals are in good condition and free of any gouges / scratches. There are some heavy water stains that will polish out.
