Lower unit is in used condition. Unit goes into gear as it should. The skeg is broken due to mishandling during the loading process. Fluid has been drained and was free of any metal debris or water. However when the unit was pressure tested the prop shaft seals leaked and will need to be replaced. Please see pictures.
