Lower unit is in used condition. Unit goes into gear as it should and has no issues. Fluid was drained and no metal debris or water was found. Water pump, Driveshaft seals & Prop shaft seals have been replaced. Unit has been pressure tested to 12PSI and held for 30 minutes.
