Lower unit is in used condition. Unit goes into gear as it should. Unit has been pressure checked and held 13PSI for 30 minutes. Fluid was drained and no metal debris or water was found. Please make sure to view all photos for the best physical description. It appears someonw put the wrong hardware on the prop and the prop was running against the housing.
