Lower unit is in used condition. Prior to removal there were no issues. Unit goes into gear as it should. Fluid has been drained and was free of any metal debris or water. Lower unit has also been pressure tested to 13PSI and held. Seals have been replaced along with a new water pump housing and a water pump repair kit. All parts are OEM yamaha repair parts.
