Lower unit is in used condition. Unit goes into gear as it should. Unit was tested on a running motor. Fluid was drained and was free of any metal debris. However, there was a small amount of water mixed in with the lower. The unit was pressure tested to 13PSI and did not hold. This unit will need the seals replaced.
