Condition: Used Electric Motor: Motor works as it should Leaks: Unit is free of any leaks Leak Down: Unit was trimmed half way up over an extended period of time to make sure it did not leak down. Release Valve: Release valve has been tested and operates as it should and is NOT Stuck.
