2016 Yamaha 250 HP 4 Stroke VMAX Outboard Crankcase Short Block Assembly 6CB-15100-10-00 OEM

Powerhead is in used condition.  This assembly was removed from a freshwater 250HP VMAX engine with just over 300 hours on it.   Compression was even across all cylinders @ 185 - 190 PSI.   This unit was ran prior to being dismantled and had no odd noises or major issues.   One of the heads was cracked allowing water to mix with the oil so the customer repowered.
