Lower unit is in used condition. This was removed from a running engine with low compression. Lower unit has been tested and confirmed to go into gear as it should. Oil was drained and was free of any metal or water. Please see pictures as this is the exact lower unit you will receive. We do not gaurentee the water pump to be in usable condition. It is recomended to replace.
