Trim assembly is in used condition. Unit was tested prior to removal and found to have no mechanical issues. Seals appear to be in good shape without any leaks. Fluid level has been checked and is at the proper level and looks good. A new motor has been installed. Please see pictures as this is the exact unit you will receive.
