Lower unit is in used condition. Unit goes into gear as it should. Fluid was drained and was free of any water or metal debris. Unit has been pressure tested to 13psi for 30 minutes and held. Overall the lower is in good condition. Please see pictures as this is the exact lower you unit you will receive. This is a counter rotation lower unit.
